By using Autobux ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Autobux provides Robux at competitive rates through clean, legitimate accounts. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchases.

2. Clean Robux Policy

All Robux sold through Autobux are sourced from clean, legitimate methods. We do not use exploits, stolen credit cards, or any fraudulent means to obtain Robux. Our accounts are verified and maintained to ensure maximum safety for our customers.

3. Warranty & Replacements

  • All purchases come with a 72-hour warranty from the time of delivery.
  • If the account associated with your purchase gets banned within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Replacements beyond the warranty period are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If an account is banned due to actions taken by the buyer (e.g., reselling, exploiting, or violating Roblox ToS), no replacement will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once Robux have been delivered.
  • If delivery fails due to an issue on our end, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from our services.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary but are typically completed within 1-24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours during high-demand periods.
  • You will be notified via email or Discord once your order is fulfilled.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for securing your Autobux account credentials.
  • Do not share your account with others.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate our systems.
  • Using our service for money laundering or any illegal activities.
  • Reselling purchased Robux at inflated prices while claiming association with Autobux.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Autobux is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. We are a third-party service provider. We are not liable for any actions taken by Roblox Corporation against your account. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

9. Privacy

We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your orders (email address and payment details). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
